• Selected Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may require a partial advance payment along with shipping charges.

• The advance payment and shipping charges collected are non-refundable once the order is confirmed.

• Refunds will not be applicable for refused deliveries, unattended calls/delivery attempts, rejected parcels, or incorrect addresses provided by customers.

• Repeated fake or non-accepted COD orders may result in future COD restrictions.

• By placing a COD order, customers agree to these terms and conditions.
