  • Exchanges or returns are accepted only if the customer receives a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.

  • We do not provide exchanges or returns for size issues, fitting preferences, or change of mind.

  • Since every product includes proper size guidance, customers are requested to confirm sizing carefully before ordering.

  • Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with a proper unboxing video and clear product images for verification.

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags intact.

  • Requests without proper proof or products failing quality checks may not be approved.

  • Sale items, discounted products, limited collections, and special drops are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

  • VA – THE V APPAREL reserves the right to reject invalid or misuse claims.
