REFUND POLICY

At VA – THE V APPAREL, refunds are provided only for approved cases where the product received is damaged or incorrect.

  • Refund requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Once the return is approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please Note

  • Refunds are not applicable for custom-printed or made-to-order products.
  • Products must be unused and in original condition for refund approval.
